We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to provide direct support in the supervision, execution and development of photovoltaic projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for following established procedures and coordinating the necessary resources (personnel, materials and machinery) to ensure compliance with contractual deadlines and project objectives.

What are the main responsibilities?
- Plan work activities and analyze project monitoring data (drawings, reports, manuals, etc.) across different areas: Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning, in coordination with the Site Manager.
- Support the assessment of required resources and assist in their management for project execution.
- Monitor the overall progress of the project, reporting incidents and progress updates to the Site Manager.
- Implement corrective actions to control deviations, following the Site Manager’s guidelines.
- Coordinate the different departments involved in the projects.
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of procedures for monitoring and controlling construction-phase activities.
- Prepare progress reports for the different phases of the project.
- Communicate with authorities and subcontractors.
- Monitor the project’s quality and environmental management processes.
- Monitor the project’s health and safety management processes.
- Review and follow up on the schedules of the different subcontractors.
- Manage subcontractor certifications and payment status tracking.

Minimum requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Availability to travel to national project sites.
- University degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Knowledge of the main equipment used in photovoltaic installations.
- Languages: intermediate level of English. Other languages will be valued.
