What are the main responsibilities?
  • Supervise the arrival of trucks and monitor delivered supplies, reporting any anomalies detected.
  • Oversee the stock of tools, materials, and site equipment, ensuring the daily registration of incoming and outgoing items.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and detailed Excel-based tracking system and report any incidents to the Site Manager as early as possible.
  • Provide support to the different site departments, especially the mechanical and quality teams, regarding the delivery of tools and equipment.
  • Participate in site meetings when required, contributing a logistical and solution-oriented perspective.
  • Comply with and enforce Occupational Health and Safety regulations and implemented procedures, with the possibility of acting as a Preventive Resource on site (training provided by the company).
  • Monitor the delivery of photovoltaic modules, keeping a daily record of any anomalies.
  • Provide logistical support to subcontractors and maintain smooth communication with the Purchasing Department and project management team.

Minimum requirements
  • Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate or Higher Level).
  • Proven experience as a Logistics Technician is essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
