What are the main responsibilities?
  • Organize work activities and supervise the performance of the different subcontractors.
  • Coordinate construction sequences with the various construction disciplines involved in the project.
  • Manage technical documentation, ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with manuals and drawings; resolve on-site queries and coordinate engineering modifications together with the Site Manager.
  • Ensure work fronts are available, record incidents, and report potential claims.
  • In coordination with the Quality and Safety Department, ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Safety Plans during execution.
  • Verify that the company’s and subcontractors’ equipment and resources are suitable for the assigned work.
  • Together with the Site Manager, validate subcontractors’ work and approve the corresponding monthly progress certifications.
  • Lead, manage, and organize the company’s own mechanical assembly personnel.
  • Monitor and maximize productivity in mechanical assembly activities.

Minimum requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in photovoltaic projects as a mechanical assembly supervisor/foreman.
  • Experience in civil works projects will be considered an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and availability to reside in different Spanish cities for periods of approximately 5–6 months.
