What are the main responsibilities?
  • Organize foundation works, mainly through the pile-driving of metal profiles, and supervise the work carried out by the foundations subcontractors.
  • Coordinate construction sequences related to foundation works with the different construction disciplines involved in the project.
  • Manage technical documentation, ensuring that works are executed according to manuals and drawings; resolve on-site queries and coordinate engineering modifications together with the Site Manager.
  • Ensure work fronts are available, record incidents, and report potential claims.
  • In coordination with the Quality and Safety Department, ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Safety Plans during execution.
  • Verify that the company’s and subcontractors’ equipment and resources are suitable for the assigned work.
  • Together with the Site Manager, validate subcontractors’ work and approve the corresponding monthly progress certifications.
  • Lead, manage, and organize the company’s own personnel involved in foundation execution works.
  • Monitor and maximize productivity in foundation execution activities.

Minimum requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector and/or civil works projects.
  • Proficient user of Office 365, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
  • Availability to travel to construction.
